Quote Conditions

These conditions apply to all quotes established by iHawk.

1. Scope

These conditions apply to all web development, maintenance and IT services quotes offered by iHawk.

2. Quote validity

The quote is valid for 30 days from its issue date. After this period, prices and conditions may be revised.

3. Modifications

Any project modification after quote acceptance may result in price and deadline revision. Modifications will be submitted for your validation.

4. Acceptance

Quote acceptance is done in writing (email, electronic or paper signature). It implies acceptance of these conditions.

5. Payment terms

A 50% deposit is required on order. The balance is due on delivery. Payment by bank transfer or check.

6. Delivery

Delivery deadlines are given as indication. They depend on project complexity and client responsiveness.

7. Warranty

6-month functionality warranty after delivery. Critical bug support included for 30 days. Evolutionary maintenance on quote.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the quote amount. We cannot be held responsible for indirect damages.
